I started creating a youtube channel to share and store short exercises I often do with clients when we are working with issues around stress, trauma, anxiety, and other places of feeling overwhelmed. I am trying to keep the exercises intentionally short…under 5 minutes and usually much shorter. These are empirically tested interventions that can offer brief brain breaks for your overwhelmed mind, body and emotions. I hope they find their way to individuals for whom they can be as helpful as they are for myself and for my clients.
