Jonathan writes a pointed blog about how it is difficult to be a father when you are still living as an insecure, hurt son. Although I know that this post was written with mothers and fathers older than me in mind, I was challenged by it to make sure I do not “eat” my young. I want to encourage and lift up…not condescend and compete.
